A governing framework for Trans-Pecos communities and the region they share. Each Local Frame documents an individual community’s own character, values, and development standards, built through assessment and held by the community. The Regional Frame is where those Local Frames connect.
01You say what this place is. Nobody else gets to.
02Nothing’s done in isolation, no matter who’s deciding or when it happens.
03You’re not carrying this alone. We’re here to do the hard work.
This prototype includes one fully populated example frame (Sandpoint, Idaho). All other frames carry functional content, more than ninety documented inputs across all twenty-three locales, describing what assessment produces at the regional, county, and city level.
